The three-day conference will feature key thought leaders and investors, as well as current and emerging agtech business leaders who are creating more value, variety, and predictability in the world’s food and fiber supply. “Before becoming the Tech City of the South, the city of Alpharetta was a small agriculture community. Fast forward to today, as the home of more than 640 technology companies, it is a leader in growing technology businesses and innovation in the state,” says Karen Cashion, CEO of Tech Alpharetta. “The AgTech Conference of the South will address the explosive growth in agtech that has resulted from the intersection of agriculture and technology, in an engaging, thought-provoking format that will be a must-attend for industry leaders and investors throughout the region.”

To showcase future innovators and disruptors in agriculture, the conference will also host an AgTech Startup Pitch-off. Agtech entrepreneurs will present to a panel of industry representatives who are seeking potential partnerships with outside innovators.
