Semios to Acquire Agworld

Semios, best known in the permanent crop market for its precision-farming platform, is acquiring farm management platform Agworld. The combined company will service growers, agronomists and ag retailers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and South Africa.
