Japan: Bayer, XAG Explore Crop Protection Application Via Autonomous Drones

XAG’s CEO Peng Bin and co-founder Justin Gong attended a series of intensive meetings with delegates from Bayer to orchestrate a blueprint for mutual business development while discussing how to build a sustainable agroecosystem with science and high-tech in the Japanese market, according to reports from Commercial Drone Professional.

The companies said they were looking to focus on developing new technologies and new business patterns to achieve sustainable agriculture development in Japan.

Whilst continuously conducting research on UAS-specialized pesticides and spraying prescriptions for plant protection, XAG and Bayer will also leverage their own strengths to build a digital agriculture platform.
