Mergers & Acquisitions: Land O’Lakes Tosses EFC Systems Some Cash
Land O’Lakes has made a minority equity investment in EFC Systems, an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and precision solution provider for the agricultural retail and distribution marketplace headquartered in Brentwood, TN, according to a press release distributed by AgPR.
