CDMS Launches Agronomy Management System

Known for its crop input database and decision making tools for more than 25 years, CDMS took a significant step forward through the release of Advisor, a total agronomy management system.

Advisor is a Web-based system that provides decision support for agronomic planning and practices, GIS-based logistics and field work, and connectivity across all aspects of the crop production channel from grower to agronomist and through to the food production chain. The program is designed for use specifically by growers, agronomists, consultants, and service providers.

ADVISOR offers the service provider tools that facilitate seasonal crop planning, such as sampling, scouting, input application and rotation planning. Production management tools include mapping and planning of production and operations, field operations, applications and scheduling. The program also uses the Web to allow the crop production channel to have access to information providers and services, such as labs and weather data suppliers.
