InfoAg 2013: Exhibits Sold Out, Record Attendance Expected

InfoAg 2013 will be held July 16-18 in Springfield, IL, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. InfoAg continues to be the premier precision agriculture event for producers, consultants, and the crop production industry. For 2013, we will feature four tracks of concurrent sessions with two tracks repeating to allow attendees to hear more of the presentations while offering a wide variety of topics. Mark your calendar and make plans to join us.

InfoAg Educational Program

InfoAg earned its reputation as the premier precision ag conference through its high-quality educational program and speakers. This year’s conference will build on that reputation as we offer a wide variety of topics with speakers knowledgable and experienced in their field. Take a look at the program and plan your personalized conference itinerary.

Opening Session

The conference opens Tuesday at 9:00am with a plenary session with keynote speaker Jim Whitt, an unapologetic people provoker. For more than 20 years Jim has provoked people and organizations to reach their full potential. This will be followed by Matias Ruffo with The Mosaic Company who will offer his perspective on the Globalization of Precision Ag.

PrecisionAg Luncheon Speaker – Sponsored by SST Software

On Wednesday we will have a pre-lunch plenary session with keynote speaker David Zach, one of the very few professionally trained futurists on the planet. David Zach blends the funny with the profound in this surprisingly practical keynote sponsored by SST Software.

Breakout Sessions

Four concurrent tracks of breakout sessions begin Tuesday afternoon and run through Thursday morning. Each session brings expert speakers together to present their experience with precision ag. This year’s breakout sessions cover the hardware and software, data and issues, news and perspective needed for success in precision agriculture.

Sponsor Showcase

The sponsor showcase track, one of the four breakout sessions, will feature seven platinum sponsors and six gold sponsors. This is the place to be to get the latest product and service announcements from precision ag’s power players. Come and see what’s happening now and coming down the pipeline.

Hands-on Workshops

This year we are bringing back our hands-on workshops. These are great sessions for digging into software and getting first-hand assistance in working through on-farm research, data analysis, nitrogen models, agricultural apps for smartphones, and other topics. Bring your computer to the workshops to get help installing and using cool tools for precision ag. Check out the workshop offerings on the website to learn more about each, including recommended pre-conference downloads.

Whatever you choose, from pixels to people, InfoAg has it covered.
