For Satshot subscribers, Agri ImaGIS is now providing iCue notification, an alert system for Satshot subscribers that shows users what fields have new imagery available, and what the image contains.
Satellite imagery is of fields is taken on a regular basis, but timing and scope of the imagery can vary widely. The iCue email lists every field within the new image, and the ‘Auto-Analyze’ link takes the user to a secure webpage where analysis can be performed.
Attached to each field in the list is a close-up preview of the scene captured for ease of selection. Each new analysis is automatically saved to the user’s account account so they can be retrieved from Mapcenter, Mapcenter 3D or Landscout.
Each user account is set up to process a 15-zone analysis, prepared using Satshot’s color-table, in 3 modes: NIR, NDVIR (red) and NDVIG (green). A confirmation email is sent when the iCue process is complete. From there, a PDF copy can be downloaded for up to 7 days.
The iCue email alerts include RapidEye 5-meter imagery, and includes imagery credit balance. It also checks which fields have already been purchased for the year and lists the cost of each.
