AgIntegrated Links OnSite With John Deere

AgIntegrated today announced the integration of John Deere Wireless Data Transfer, JDLink and MyJohnDeere APIs with Onsite, an open ecosystem that facilitates the flow of information between disparate software/equipment and the network of individuals that work with them.

This integration provides Onsite users with the capability to distribute prescription files directly from the Onsite network into their MyJohnDeere account and connected John Deere equipment. In addition, the customer can easily control sending as-applied and yield data exchanged from their MyJohnDeere account into the Onsite network.

“By enabling and simplifying the movement of agronomic data between an increasing amount of precision ag software-as-a-service applications, mobile solutions and devices, data can be rapidly put to work and transformed into actionable information,” said Mike Santostefano, Director of Marketing and Business Development at AgIntegrated. “John Deere’s open platform is a giant step in this direction allowing growers and their trusted advisors to access the information faster in order to make informed, timely decisions.”

“Deere has created the MyJohnDeere platform which allows our customers to use their data in the software of their choice,” said Kevin Very, Manager, Information Solutions, John Deere. “This is another opportunity for our customers to develop insight from the data they generate.”
