Data Flow And Privacy: How Concerned Are You?

BY PAUL SCHRIMPF     The technology is here, and more is coming. Data is flowing wirelessly, from your home computer to your tractor cab and back again. The end goal is that you will be collecting data without having to step in and control the flow -- the upside is that you won't have the opportunity to corrupt the data by some inadvertent action. On the other hand, with all this data flowing, is it secure enough to make you feel, well, secure?

Some early adopters have been doing it for a while now -- it works, and they really enjoy convenience and efficiency. But how do you feel? Are you ready for the world of wireless? Let me know how you feel here in this blog, and in our weekly reader poll.
